What does the evaluation process look like? You will fill out a questionnaire ahead of time to answer questions about your child's medical and developmental history and your concerns. The evaluation is 60 minutes and will begin with discussing the questionnaire and establishing rapport with your child. Do you take insurance? We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance, which allows us to provide personalized care that fits your child's needs without insurance restrictions on how often they can be seen or what goals we can work on. However, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to verify if a superbill is accepted within your individual insurance plan and how much reimbursement they may provide, as we do not contact insurance providers. Superbills will be provided only after payment is remitted. While we do not require a physician referral to evaluate or begin services, your insurance may require one if you plan to submit for reimbursement. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider if you plan to submit for reimbursement to know and understand your benefits and out-of-network reimbursement policy. We accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards.
